NTB-National Tire & Battery

Today started out pretty frustrating, but it turned into a great day once I found NTB in Ocean Springs. I was traveling from Virginia to Texas in my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado when both of my front tires went bad. My first stop was Firestone in Mobile, Alabama. I waited for about four hours, only to be told they couldn't replace the tires because I didn't have the key for the locking lug nuts. I understood that it was my responsibility, but I was still disappointed after waiting so long. I then went to a Chevrolet dealer in Mobile, and they told me the only way they could remove the locking lug nuts was to break them off. I decided to pass. I drove down the road and stopped at another Firestone in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. They were getting ready to close, but they recommended I try NTB just down the road. I explained my situation to the team at NTB, and they didn't hesitate for a second. They immediately got to work. They were able to remove all four locking lug nuts and replace both front tires in about one hour! I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the team at NTB in Ocean Springs. They were friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely willing to help when I was in

I really love the front guy Ash he’s amazing and great with the customer service side of things. This place is my go to auto mechanic and I have been coming here since I moved to Mississippi. It’s difficult to find good mechanics that are not out to scam you so it took me a few tries before I found NTB. These guys are awesome at what they do and explain everything if you have any questions and will even show you the work being done. They do amazing work here and I’ll be coming to them for as long as I live in Mississippi.

Ash at the front desk is very knowledgeable and courteous. I needed wheel alignment done and had some questions about tire rotation, as my car has directional tires. He suggested some options specific to my tires. Super nice staff here at NTB and prices are reasonable too. Highly recommended auto service place.

I stopped in for a tire rotation and was greeted by a friendly, welcoming staff member. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I really appreciated that they were honest and didn’t try to upsell me. The service was quick, affordable, and they checked all the essentials while I was there. I’ll definitely be back!

NTB Ocean Springs, has been taking care of me and my family for the past 4 years— from last minute tire emergency appointments, tire patches, ordering specialty tires, random air in tires need, car inspections, and they even did our Mercedes breaks and rotors! They have always put us in a customer first mentality with honest opinions and cost saving options. I highly recommend them— Thank you NTB for all that you do— y’all rock!
